About The Lemon Tree

My name is Natalie, and I’ve lived on Galveston Island since 2014. Long before I ever imagined building a business here, I was a high school kid in the Hill Country, stopping by a little shop on Main Street in Marble Falls called The Lemon Tree.

It was tiny, charming, and completely enchanting. They hand-squeezed every lemonade right in front of you — peach, strawberry, whatever they had fresh that day — and the whole place felt special in a way that stuck with me. This was before the era of perfectly curated Instagram moments; it felt authentic, simple, and magical. I never forgot it.

Years later, when I decided to create something of my own, my mind went straight back to those memories. And that’s how The Lemon Tree was born again — this time on Galveston Island, infused with nostalgia but reimagined with modern flavors and creativity.

In our early stages, my focus has been on creating artisan syrups. Every syrup is crafted in small batches with fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a lot of love. These syrups became the foundation for everything else we’re building.

Beginning this spring, we’ll be appearing around town with our custom setup, serving gourmet, fresh-squeezed lemonade made to order. I’m especially excited to introduce our Cloud Lemonade, a beautiful, airy creation that’s as fun as it is delicious.

We’ll also be available for private events, along with pop-ups at local markets, galleries, and special happenings across the island. Our syrups are currently available for online purchase with shipping anywhere in the U.S., or for convenient East End pickup. Soon, you’ll also find bottled lemonades (16 oz and ½-gallon) on our menu — plus a few surprises we can’t wait to unveil.
